It’s that time of year again – with snow falling outside it’s hard not to feel Christmassy and this year’s Stamford Artisans Guild Christmas Market (http://www NULL.stamfordartisansguild NULL.co NULL.uk/) is going to be even bigger and better than last year. We’ve got more traders than before and are using all of the available downstairs rooms in Stamford Arts Centre, plus a room upstairs. As usual the coffee shop will be open for hot and cold drinks and food, and we will be holding our Secret Santa prize draw. Everyone can enter , just fill in a form and post it in the box. We will draw at random every hour, and you could be the recipient of something hand made by one of our stallholders.

Even if you don’t win a prize there’s plenty on offer around the venue, and of course everything is hand made by the vendor so you can have a chat with them about the item’s provenance. The Stamford Artisans Guild Christmas Market is entirely indoors, so you can keep warm whilst shopping locally for your Christmas gifts.

I’m going to have some new items for sale this year, including my collaged 3-d cards, flat collage cards, and some small steampunk collages for hanging on the wall.

I’ve also made some frilly wristwarmers which look lovely coming out from under your sleeves and keep the chill out as well.
