Everything for sale here is made by me. I am a ‘cottage industry’ and so nothing is mass produced – this is reflected in the items themselves. Items may be made of all new materials, or may mix new, old and ‘upcycled’ materials. I will always say in the description when antique, vintage or upcycled items are used in the construction.
Each item is therefore unique!
I do my best to describe the items for sale honestly and in detail, but if you need to know anything else about it just contact me and I’ll be happy to give you as much information as you want prior to purchase.
If you are unhappy with your item when it arrives, please contact me using the form on the website, and I’m sure we can work something out.
Postage within the UKis included and will be SIGNED FOR Recorded Delivery. This DOES NOT include insurance, unless stated otherwise in the item description.
If you require the item to be insured within the UK, please purchase the ‘Special Delivery’ item for UK next day insured postage. This will cover packages up to 500g and £500 in value. If you don’t purchase this then your items won’t be insured against any DAMAGE in the post.
I package your items with care, and hand deliver them to the post office by car – as I live in the middle of the countryside, it’s about 12 miles there and back give or take a few miles. In theory, then, your items should arrive safe and sound, but if you haven’t taken up insurance, I can’t be responsible once it’s been delivered at the post office. Having said that, do contact me if it should arrive damaged and we’ll discuss the options!
I will always email you to let you know that your item has been despatched.
Outside the UK,thepostage is as stated on the postal charges and includes Airsure (insured and signed for) delivery to these countries ONLY: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. World Zone one: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and USA. World Zone two: New Zealand
Outside of the countries listed at point 10 above, I will use International Signed for Delivery.
In all cases, UK and overseas, delivery will be by some form of signed for post, so please ensure someone will be able to sign/or collect if necessary from the post office.
